1. Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the statutory provisions, you have a right of withdrawal which allows you to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: Please note that according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the delivery of goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery. In your case, this means that the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the goods you ordered have been unpacked and used.

3. Important note: We therefore ask you to carefully check the condition and completeness of the goods before unpacking and using them. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we recommend that you leave the goods in the condition in which you received them in order not to lose your right of withdrawal.

Please note that this exclusion of the right of withdrawal is required by law and serves to protect the rights of consumers.
